Chez Katy

I believe "Chez" means in or at...in french and Chez Katy means something like at Katy's house hehe. I've been having a cooking craze lately...most of these were a result of improvision. Here is what I made:

Spaghetti with homemade meatballs(squares) and homemade garlic bread (I was craving meat balls, but they were so expensive at the store, so then why not make my own)


Salmon and pasta with homemade white sauce + my garlic bread again (white sauce is surprisingly so easy to make!) + salad of course, gotta have some greens!


Terayaki chicken + asian vegies + carrots on brown rice


Late night snack=just put everything you have left in the fridge together-> mushrooms, tomatoes, spring mix ommlette


I made my beloved sister from Seatle a last minute cappocino cheesecake for her bday


Craving pancakes for breakfast, good thing I had flour


Mom's family recipie ribs + my favorite choi with homemade sauce on brown rice


Random salad=put everything in that might taste good...romaine, peaches, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, dressing, almonds


Mom's recipie steam cake to welcome back my buddy!!


Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake for a sister's bday


Strawberry Cheesecake (I had some cheesecake mixture left, so i improvised and put strawberries in it, actually turned out pretty good)


Probably the most asian thing that I can make: Bean curd sweet soup


I didnt die yet, so I think that my cooking is ok...for now.
